Guardrail Warranty

Warranty

The purchase of a Rhino Tool, as outlined in the warranty terms, automatically serves as the product registration and the start of the customer’s One year (12 months) warranty. The Rhino Service Technician will use our number marking on the tool and proof of purchase supplied by the customer, to determine if the tool is still covered by warranty.

Rhino Tool Company warrants the original purchaser, purchasing the equipment in new condition, that the Rhino Skid Steer Attachment will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, for a period of one (1) year. This warranty is non-transferable, and does not include the Furukawa Hydraulic Hammer, which is backed by Furukawa’s Limited Warranty.

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, improper maintenance, or lack of maintenance/neglect, nor standard wear items (hydraulic hoses, etc.) from normal wear. Additionally, the Warranty does not extend to any product which has been subject to accident, nor does it extend to a unit that has been repaired, altered, or serviced by unauthorized persons. This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage or adjustments required, if such damage or adjustment is caused using supplies, parts, or attachments not sold or approved by Rhino Tool.

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED HERIN RHINO TOOL DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL RHINO TOOL BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF BUSINESS, REVENUES, OR PROFIT OR OTHER INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OR LOSS ARISING OUT OF ANY EFFECTS IN OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PILE DRIVER ATTACHMENT, HOWEVER CAUSED.

Important Instructions for obtaining warranty:

The purchase of a Rhino Tool, as outlined in the warranty terms, automatically serves as the product registration and the start of the customer’s one (1) year warranty. The Rhino Service Technician will use our number marking on the tool and proof of purchase supplied by the customer, to determine if the tool is still covered by warranty.

It is recommended that the dealer or customer keep a sales receipt or other record of the purchase date to assist in accurately determining warranty coverage on the tool.

If a repair or replacement is needed within 1 year, a Warranty Claim form will need to be completed by that time. Any repair or replacement requires Pre-Approval by a Rhino Authorized Service Center.

To begin the pre-approval process for your warranty claim, use the warranty claim tab at the top right of this page or call your Rhino Dealer or Rhino customer service toll-free at 1-866-707-1808, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST, for assistance.
